Gown Information

 

 

Our suppliers have many years’ rich experiences with the designing and producing of wedding dresses, evening bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. The designers have more than 10 years’ experience. They can offer you a professional service according to your specific request.
There is a very strict process from choosing the fabric to the handcrafts. Every step strictly follows the international trade making standard.

PLEASE NOTE:  All prices quoted are for the gown only and include no additional accessores (Gloves, tiara, etc) shown in the picture

Custom Size Gowns

We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress. Measurements should be taken in the underwear you plan to wear with your bridal gown or bridesmaid dress or other dresses. If you cannot get professional measurement, we strongly advise that you do not take the measurements yourself. Have someone help you and follow the guidelines given in the custom size guide.
Please note:  You are responsible for ordering the correct size - Custom size gowns are non-returnable.

 Remember:  All gowns shown are for reference only and can be altered to your specific requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Bridal and Bridesmaid/Prom Gowns

 All gowns can be made in standard sizes  4 - 28 in the colour of your choice at the price quoted.

Custom size gowns may incur an additonal fee - Please complete the custom size gown form and we will contact you with any further charges.

 

Flower Girl Gowns

All gowns can be made in standard sizes 2 -14 in the colour of your choice at the price quoted.

Custom size gowns may incur an additional fee - Please complete the custom size gown form and we will contact you with any further charges.

Your Design

We can custom make any gown from a picture submitted by you - please contact us for a quote

 

Delivery

All gowns will take 4-5 weeks to complete, if you need sooner please contact us with regard to a rush order - please note this will incur an additional charge

Return policy

At CK Gown Design we strive to offer the best selection of quality gowns.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, in the event you need to return an item, please email us at classydesignuk@aol.com within 2 days of receipt of your package, we will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

The following is a list of non-returnable items:

  • Custom made Bridal gowns and dresses
  • the bridal accessories
  • Products that have been modified or altered in any way
  • Discontinued and/or clearance sale items

  • The following is a list of return requirements:
  • Standard size dresses
  • All items must be unused and in saleable condition.
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
  • Please contact us within 2 days after you received the dress, explain the reason to return and got our confirmation and the return code, and then send it to us.

    Notice:

  • The postage charge is not refundable unless it is our error that despatches the wrong dress or wrong size or other serious quality problems such as a hole in the dress and so on.
  • Customer will pay the postage fees back unless it is our error that despatches the wrong dress or wrong size or other serious quality problems such as a hole in the dress and so on.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • The refund will be made only after we received your returned dress
